Can't access bouy data from pull down

Can't access bouy data from pull down

I can't get the bouy data/maps from the pull down menus at the top of the page, It goes down to bouy data, but doesn't allow you to pick anything at all.

looks like someone might have fixed this. it appears to work okay now.
