Try this John
When we have a bad incident in the fire service we use a technique called critical incident stress debriefing. Get together with a bunch of people that share the same experience and let it all hang out. VENT! Stress isn't bad it's only when you hold it in that it gets to you. Talk it out, let it out.

We drove up to Punta Gorda today and it was absolutly heartbreaking! I saw the trailor courts they have been showing so much in the news, the Holiday Inn, and so much more. The thing that really amazed me was how the people there all had smiles on their faces...I didn't thou, I couldn't! It just kills me to see them suffering so much! We here in the Cape really lucked out! I put together a web page with pictures of Charleys arrival here, along with pictures of some of our damage if anyone is interested its at:

We took more pictures today in Cape Coral and some in Punta Gorda as well, I just have to wait to get them developed.
