A GOES-12 East-West Station Keeping maneuver will be performed on
Thursday, August 26, 2004 at 1721 UTC. For National Weather Service
operations: This is the backup date and final date for this maneuver.
If the NWS regions have any operational concerns, please contact the
NCEP SDM (301-763-8298) at least 6.5 hours prior to the maneuver time.

*From 1645 UTC through 1844 UTC -- No GOES-12 Imaging or Soundings*

It'll be wild to see what happened 2 and a half hours later, LOL. I was beginning to wonder what the issue was with lack of satellite image updating as of late. Thanks Derecho for the info.

Goes East always has a clickable alternative. Frances, IMHO, looks better than the last Goes12 frame that's up.
