Hey all--
Someone may have posted this already...may have missed because I had to run some errands...
Here's a link to the Hurricane Track website. Mark Suddath and the team have a vehicle with recording equipment and cameras parked near Stuart, FL to record and report data as Frances makes landfall nearby. It's a very interesting project. Check it out of you haven't already!

UPDATE AS OF: 6:45 pm, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2004
The HLP data is working off and on- so bear with us. We just recorded a wind gust to 112 mph (at 6:26pm) on the bridge going over from Stuart to Sewells Point- very near the beach. There is widespread damage to trees and minor to moderate damage to buildings. We are alive and well and out of harm's way- not in the surge zone. All is well so far and I will continue to post reports as often as possible.
