Not trying to be a horses butt, but, there seems to be way to much analyzing of every single wobble or move Ivan makes.
All movement must be over a period of a few hours, at least, before one can consider it a possible change in direction. We have seen him wobble off and on now for about 7-8 days, so it is the norm with Ivan.
He seems to have a set destination in mind if you consider the basic WNW for days, and now NW. Somewhere along the Northern Gulf Coast from New Orleans to Pensacola.
I hope all in his path have taken, or are taking the necessary precautions because it is going to be a rough ride for the next few days when he begins getting closer.
Take care all

I'm not sure that the people here can do anything else. That's why they are here. If not for these forums there would be trememdous increase in either psychiatric or maternity patients! Hmmm ...... maybe that's why hospitals get an influx of patients around the full moon - frustrated weather watchers who are super sensitive to the phases of the moon. All they need is Storm2k!
