Panhandle will be spared...

#1 Postby N2Storms » Tue Sep 14, 2004 12:20 pm

Ivan's fury. Here in PC (Panama City) they have ordered mandatory evacuations, they chose to err on the side of caution. I can't argue with this, but since yesterday all of the models have be shifting west and it appears that at the very most we will receive minimal tropical storm force conditions. Once again we dodge a bullet, I'll be forever grateful to Cantore for showing up in our area.

Dont be so quick to count chickens, PCB is well within the margin of error for NHC. You will get flamed for this post, be prepared.

Well, sounds good and all... But this storm is still south of your latitude - so I'd consider adding a "question mark" to your post.

no flaming, just calm disagreement. Panhandle is still at risk.
