964 is pretty high. I would get scared if it got < 950.

The lowest pressure ever recorded in a tropical system in Tallahassee was 984 MB. So 964...that's 28.47 in. Pretty low.

Remember Charley? It was 964 MB two hours before it was 941 MB. Anything can happen.
