May God give safe harbor to all in Jeannes path---I am praying Jeanne will not bear the devastation and destruction to her Florida path and Carolina and Georgia path such as Ivan did in his. Ivan really has caused major destruction of all areas he impacted. May all hurricane victums rely on the love and strength
of Gods love to get them thru hard times.

Since we all have the internet, we live through these storms with the people who are actually experiencing them.
We watch live feeds and we read storm reports.
The human suffering from Jeanne has been horendous.
We see now that the Bahamas ( Abaco and Freeport) once again are taking direct hits from this storm.
I wish the good people of the great state of Florida , who have had too much to deal with already, that Jeanne blows through and gets out of their area ASAP with a minumum amount of damage
stay safe everyone!

I pray this afternoon that everyone in harm's way will somehow be safe by a work of God. I pray that He will work His magic and turn this storm at the last minute, to keep everyone in Florida safe from yet another hurricane strike. I pray that all will be well as this storm nears and that everyone who should be evacuated, is evacuated.

Let's Pause for a Moment
I live in Boynton Beach FL (26.52 N 80.08 W). Thank you for all your positive thoughts and for holding people in Jeanne's path in your consciousness. Here is a Unity prayer and affirmation for inner peace which I have been concentrating on: God, Your presence calms me, quiets the storms around me, and leads me to a place of perfect peace. As I center myself in Your peaceful presence, I let go of every concern and relax in the safety of Your love. God's presence within me is my center of perfect peace. I am confident and calm, knowing that God is with me always.

Heavenly Father-
We are so mindful of those people who have suffered so much loss during the past few months due to the hurricanes. We lift up the people of Granada, Jamaica, Cuba, The Bahamas, Alabama, Florida that have had their lives affected by these storms. God, I pray that this storm will affect as few of your people as possible and that it will dissipate rapidly. Father, for those of us here in the US, we thank you for all of your blessings and gifts to us...Father, we think of the poor in Haiti, Cuba, Jamaica and Granada that have suffered such devastating loss with no possibility of recovery. Many have lost everything they own, including those that they love and we especially lift them to you today. We are so mindful of those that prayed for Jamaica when Ivan was pointed to make a direct and devastating hit and you mercifully steered the storm around the island. We are reminded of those that were on this very message board praying during that perilous time and we give you thanks for all of them. God, above all, let us remember that we are here because you desire fellowship with us and that our most important purpose is to worship and glorify you. Thank you, Lord, that we can worship and glorify you even though the storms around us are pounding. We love you and pray that you protect the people in the path of this storm. Give them all wisdom and courage to make good decisions that will protect their life. Lord, remind us that WE are important, not the "things" that you, in your grace and mercy have allowed us to have. WE give you praise for who you are and for your love for us. In Jesus name we pray....Amen

WELL SAID J and all. May the Holy Spirit greatly empower and guide those officials who even now are trying their best to get any last minute rescue and life saving manuevers accomplished as it looks like this one is going to be stronger than we thought. I second the prayers for weakening.
