Why I am always on so late...

#1 Postby Anonymous » Sat Oct 16, 2004 2:02 am

I get schooled over the computer. Infact, I do most of my school work at 3am. The hurricanes screwed up my sleep pattern. I usually sleep from 4-8am to 1-4pm.

It was the same way with me Mike. My pattern has somewhat returned to Simi Normal. But not totally

Mike, I've been "all over the place" when it comes to my sleep patterns over the past year.
Sometimes you have to force yourself to get off the computer.
Yes, it is a good, comfort activity, but one needs sleep, more.
Set a goal to shut it down, every now and then.
Keep your promises to yourself..that's some of the best medicine.
