Besides our featured tropical cyclone(s), we're monitoring the following invest system(s).
Invest 92S
4.1S 56.4E (75mi NE of Victoria, Seychelles)
15 mph; 1006 mb / 29.71”
Dvorak estimates: Too weak
92S has a very well defined low-level circulation. Quikscat shows a broad circulation with the meat of the winds located on the northern side of the system. The subtropical ridge aloft is helping to block off any shear, which is a plus toward development. However, divergence aloft is neutral and there have been no marked vorticity increases in the low-levels. Regardless, this system will be monitored for organization. The JTWC lists a poor chance for development whereas Meteo-France lists none.
