Wow that sounds yummy Bonnie. I am making New Orleans Pork Chops with steamed broccoli and cheese sauce - with ice cream for dessert.

My husband fainted cause I am cooking today LOL.

BBQ'd Cornish Game hens, they've been in a marinade since last night, steamed artichokes, roasted Elephant garlic and roasted corn on the cob!

Had "simple" Chinese food at a Chinese restaurant. I ate dinner late (around 2:45pm ET)... being an Italian-American, we normally eat Sunday Dinner around 1:00pm. I had a poll on the TWCMBs on what time you eat Sunday Dinner. Perhaps, some of you remember it. :)

A normal Sunday Lunch in our family is:
Fried chicken
Chicken Stew ( with the bones of the chicken backbones and such)
Potatoe salad
