Hmmm. Seems a few hasnt noticed the Eagles D lately. (Much improved sence the loss to Pittsburgh!) They havent allowed a TD the last 2 games alone! And to be honest i havent seen a team like this sence the 49ers when they were at the top back in the late 80s! IF and i say IF they can keep this pace up then this could and will be thier year to win it all! The main thing for them will be to stay healthy!

And the O has pretty much spoaken for itself! One thing of note though is that the NY game showed that thier is alot more to the O in Philly then just T.O. who didnt score a touchdown in that win! Sundays game against the Packers will say alot especially considering how well the pack is playing as of late!

I will respond later to the threads question.

1) Carolina Panthers make it into the playoffs (at least) by some comeback miracle (currently 4-7) but may end up at 8-8 or 9-7 by the end of regular season to qualify for a wild card slot! :)

2) Boston Red Sox makes the World Series and takes the Championship for a second year in a row!! :) Wish the Reds would make it...but somehow I have my druthers about that.

3) Record cold grips the Southeast w/ at least near normal to perhaps just slightly above average snowfall from around late December through February!! :D

4) The 2005 tropical season gives Florida a MUCH-needed break after their nightmarish 2004 season! NC and SC both receive a landfalling hurricane within a few weeks of each other come August and September.

5) The Pope retires after further failing health.

6) Osama Bin-Butt is FINALLY captured alive surprisingly somehow!

Shucks Luis...I can't do 10...you'll have to settle for what I was able to come up with, Bro!!

My top 10 for '05:

1)Storm2k will reach 10,000 members by this time next year.
2)3 hurricanes will hit the US coast, 2 of those in the battered state of Florida.
3) Red Sox win the AL Championship but not the World Series. That will go to the Cubs.
4)The University of KY Wildcat Basketball team will at least get to the Final Four.
5) Large tornado outbreak in mid-June. 200 tornadoes, 50 of which will be F-3 or higher. Too early to say where yet.
6) Cincinnati will get a 2 foot snow sometime in mid-February. Schools will be closed for up to a week. Unfortunately for me, NKU won't close, and I will get stuck in the snowdrifts at least once a day.
7) Homerun record is broken by Barry Bonds in mid-September.
8) OBL will be captured in southeastern Afghanistan.
9) Eagles win the Super Bowl. Luckily, no wardrobe malfunctions in this year's halftime.
10) An economic upswing results in the Dow going up to almost 11,500 by year's end.

It was amazing to look back and see how many of these predictions came true! Unfortunately, I didn't make it anywhere near 25,000 posts!

Well, I didn't try it last year, but I'll give it a shot this go-round!

1) The Eagles will come very close to losing their 4th straight championship, and all the fans will hang their heads... until a last minute play takes them to the Superbowl that they will win!

2) Most of the snow from this winter season will stay well to the south of me, and I will have another below-average snowfall season.

3) This year will be full of superstorms, that for the most part, I will miss out on due to my pregnancy, but an early July storm will land me an F3 or higher.

4) Speaking of pregnancy, I will give birth to a healthy baby girl 5 days early on June 16... which will cause serious problems for my bf since his sister plans to marry on that day. Evil..!

5) 2005's hurricane season will be similar to 2004, maybe slightly less; I see 3 major hurricanes, all of which making US landfall, one in Florida, one in Texas, and one on the Carolina coastlines.

6) My Cubs WILL win the World Series this year...

7) Storm2k will finally have a get-together, and more than 50 members will be a part of the fun!

8) U.S. Troops will still be in Iraq throughout the year.

9) Osama Bin Laden will still be on the run, and will eventually die of his own causes.

10) I will be married before the year is over.
