I was breeze!! lol. Huge flakes too. Small accumulation but I was happy all the same. It is now sleeting with mixed flurries.

Seeing snow on Christmas Day was the best present for us in the South. :D

We had two hours of light to occasionally moderate sleet outside of Mobile. Now it is currently a mix of sleet and big, fluffy flakes of snow. We have small accumulations at the house, on roofs and cars. At last check a few minutes ago, the mix is still falling.

Janie thats great! Now if we can get a few flakes here in the panhandle of Florida...that will round out EVERY state on the gulf coast getting at least a small amount of snow on Christmas day. I doubt seriously we'll ever see that again in our lifetimes, but hey...who knows.

I'm rooting for ya, ST!! :D I can't quite get over the current obs at Mobile: light snow and 34*F. Looks like it may continue for a while yet.

Yah, this is such a very rare event down here, I doubt we see anything quite like this in a long, long time. Snow on Christmas Day along the gulf!! This is truly surreal.
