Leg O' Lamb

Soups of any kind

last but NOT least......Frybread and BEANS!

Anything on the grill, barbecued or not

Any kind of salad (my specialty since I was a kid and I'm always asked to do it when I go to KY for the holidays :) )

Spaghetti sauce (my grandfather's Austrian recipe)

omelets

hoppin' john (red beans, rice, tomato, onion, bell peppers, spices)

Lamb chops (although my husband won't eat them) with my special lemon pepper and mint sauce, brocolli and cheese rice, with baby peas and pearl onions. Also baby back ribs with my homemade sauce, coleslaw and corn on the cob. YUM.

Sliced pork tenderloin, sauted and then buried in gravy made with a roux of oil used to saute and flour, then chicken stock added.

Arrozz Con Pollo-Mexican Chicken and Rice

Pot roast with vegetables in a cooking bag

Homemade Hamburgers with all the fixings

The salad I make with a dressing I copied from a friend's salad dressing bottle

Vegetable Soup - recipe is posted on Comm. Forum - I'm making it right now in fact. Winter wonderland here, 2 to 4 inches will fall before later tonight.

Chicken with rice and lotsa curry and black pepper.

My own home made spaghetti sauce or chile as a variant.

Turkey - as in a thanksgiving-type meal.
