The song is Mai Ai Hee (also known as the numa numa song in many circles). It's by a Romanian group of 3 guys called O-Zone. Their album is available on I-Tunes, as are several versions of this song.

HILARIOUS video, by the way...sometimes I feel like that on the inside. :)
