May 9, 2005 is now the wettest day ever recorded for the month of May in Ellensburg WA! The 1.30 inches of rain that fell shattered the old record of 0.98 which fell on May 15, 1934.
I wonder how many more all time monthly records are going to fall across the nation this year? Every day this board is full of new and amazing records! I fully believe that this year is exhibiting the strangest weather patterns since the absolutely bizarre patterns of the 1930s.
