Ship Report near the center

It looks as though a ship very near the center of Arlene has recorded a pressure of 996/997mb. Pressure tendency is -0.22. Interesting if its true!

NDBC has no recent reported observations within 200+ nautical miles of the center of this storm. Report appears to be a hoax.

No, Im pretty sure it was true. I went to retrieve it but the new data from 17utc has come in, this was back 16:00utc. It seems pretty reasonnable considering Arlene is looking better this afternoon. So I dont believe it was a hoax. How in the world could it be.
