Looks like a great Tropical Storm.

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Looks like a great Tropical Storm.

Have heard allot about how poor Arlene looks as a storm. I think she looks like a great tropical storm. We are not talking about a cat 2 or 3 hurricane here, which should have a fairly easy to define eye/eyewall. But, her circulation is very easy to define this evening compared to previously. She is a large tropical storm. Now, if the convection had the ability to circulate to the west before shear and dry air affected her, then perhaps she would look better. But, then I believe we would be talking about an rapidly intensifying hurricane. :) Discuss?
