ULL over Florida forcing moisture from system towards FL

I'm not saying the blob is heading towards FL but the moisture is being pulled around the upper level low over S FL right now. Check out the water vapor loop in motion.

I hope the rain holds off. Because of all of the rain lately, our hurricane shutter installation has been pushed back from July 8 to the 28th. That's perilously close to the beginning of Cape Verde season.

*sigh*. Why these companies, who have people falling all over them (like us!) to get shutters installed won't hire extra temporary help is beyond me. We put our order in, back in April.

Stop the rain!! It feels like its raining when I work but its sweat from the humidity. Does the humidity end as the summer progresses or do I just always get used to it?
