Interesting comment by Forecaster Franklin

Forecaster Franklin made an interesting comment at the end of the 5pm discussion today.

"Heat content analysis from the University of Miami indicate that westerly winds of the south side of Dennis have spread warm waters from the northwestern Caribbean eastward to the south and southeast of Jamaica....an area that could be traversed by Emily in three days or so."

This is not the news the people on the Yucatan want to hear......MGC

Certainly not. I have never seen a tropical system make an area more favorable. Mainly it makes it less favorable.
