The QBO refers to the prevailing wind direction in the stratosphere above the tropics.

I'm a snow virgin and need help...

I'll be traveling to PA(Gettysburgh) and NYC the week of Dec 26-31..Can anyone advise what the chances of my family seeing snow during that time frame?..The only snow we see where I live is in the movies..
