A look back on snow cover at the end of the OLD year.
As we close out 2003 here is a look back over the past 6yrs on Dec 31 and the snow cover across the US and remember how that winter turned out.
Since Dec 31 want be posted until Jan 1, 2004 I posted Dec 30, 2003 in stead, since I will be to hung over to post anything tomorrow.
