Dusting of snow in east Memphis

For most experienced snow fans, this is no big deal, but for this south Alabama guy who just moved to Memphis it is. I woke up this morning with a nice dusting of snow here in the eastern section of Memphis. With strong cold advection and just enough instability, good ole mother nature was able to squeeze out some light snow this morning.

I am still waiting for the good accumulation event, but for me, this is good for starters!

My neice called this morning from Southaven MS told me it was snowing, I was ready to get in the car and drive north lol

We had flurries, all morning, here, south of
Nashville. Nashville itself had some dusting,
as well!
