It sure will Bonnie. This is something though our own weather experts have been discussing recently (i.e the arctic air), so it is possible.

We will have to see if the artic air can move far enough south so that our southern snow lovers can get some flakes. :D

It is something to watch, although you have to realize that Joe B talks a lot about possible scenarios that rarely pan out.
