Generally yellows, oranges and even reds on the radar indicate sleet north and northwest of a warm front and heavy thunderstorm rains and/or hail south and southeast of the warm front.
The low pressure is currently located just south of Pensacola, FL, thus the low is southeast or Little rock, AR.
Also, winter mosaic radar clearly shows snow (white or blue, depending on winter mosaic being used) across all of Arkansas.

That looks more like bright banding to me, no question about it. Ice pellets such as sleet and melting snow take on a higher radar reflectivity. Thus what seems like thunderstorms after the fact turns out to be sleet instead. Still impressive to see an occasional heavy snow report from west central Arkansas tonight.
