Delayed?

It looks like GFS if delaying hte storm in virginia til wednesday night when will it reach us ????

tuesday afternoon and night, with wrap around moisture wednesday

But what about the westward movment of the models... some give the D.C region .5 QPF and with 10 to 1 snow ratios, that is 4-5 inches of snow...
