Not so fast there Springtime

here in the Buffalo area, we have this funny white stuff we haven't seen for weeks. It's a mix of rain and snow. NWS calling for 1-3 tonight. We'll see what the outcome is, but I don't think is coming as soon as some think (at least not to these parts.)

SoCal basking in the heat

Incredible weather here... the good kind that is. Numerous records broken today in the Southern California area as offshore flow and strong high pressure have brought us incredibly warm temperatures. 90+ degrees in some areas today, even near the coastline. Even warmer tomorrow as we get deep layer easterlies and thicknesses go up a tad more.
