Model fantasy system # Umm i lost count! "OV"

#1 Postby Guest » Wed Mar 10, 2004 12:44 pm

Anyways Just for kicks again some of the models especially the 12zGFS is showing yet again for the umteenth time a huge storm next week taking what would be almost a perfect track (A bit farther east by about 50miles to be perfect) for a huge snowstorm here.

Shows a Low moving out of west TX up into the OV thru eastern KY and se OH into WV and western PA and then right up to Lake Erie where it appears to slow down big time bringing in very nice wraparound snows to my neck of the woods and most of central/northern OH into western PA.

GFS Version! LOL

Someone who has been ripped off all winter ought to get snow from this storm. Here's hoping you get it, Harry.

Like i said in my original post here what would happen has happend. Todays 12z runs show the storm going up into the central and western Lakes now and giving me rain. Is it me or have these models gotten worse this winter?????? I mean now you cant even rely on anything past day 4 if your lucky at that.

Atleast with this run though i may get and i do say MAY get some storms/severe wx out of it.

Either way the point is the models are worse IMO then they have ever been and for the most part winter is done with here where i am at.
