Above or Below?????

Will the Raleigh,NC area see Above or Below average snowfall this Winter. I have read alot about us seeing Above average. Any idea when we will see our first snowfall? Thanks in advance. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!

Right now we're not in a favorable pattern for eastern snow. So don't expect any snow with in the next week. HM's calling for the first I95 storm Dec 15-20. But when you forecast that far out there's a good chance for error.

I dont think there will be anything major before Mid/Late Jan same basic Ideas as HM and DT.
