Whoa!!! Tuesday night's going to be frigid!!!

It's the NWS Graphical Weather Forecast for my area. I hope it's a mistake, but Tuesday night they have me forecast to receive windchills of -80ºF Brrrrr!!!!

That is obviously a typo or calculation error. None of the winds speeds and temps shown will support that. Someone at that NWS office needs to learn to proofread before publishing!!! :roll:

Major typo, it is in the 30's for temps, wind would have to be around 150mph for -80 wind chill.

At 80 below I might as well stay in an observatory where it's warm. Sounds like a typo. It can't be 38 above zero and have wind chill drop to minus 80. Seems irrelevant no matter how strong the winds are.

I know Jim, I just put it up for the humor effect. Anyway, they fixed it now. Only 26ºF now.

I saw a temp of -30,000°F on my digital forecast once. :lol: Obviously a typo also but funny nonetheless. :P

Yeah. He steped outside and looked up before he almost instantly froze. And saw the eye of a land hurricane. Bringing down cold air from the stratoshpere.
