Could Otto have an effect on the Pattern.
Could it head up towards Europe and break down the Western Europe Ridge which is correlating with that piece of crap SE Ridge. And possibly onset a ridge further west that could possibly travel up towards Greenland. This is all hypothetical and I am waiting on experts analysis like SF or wxguy25.
