Absolutely Unbelievable!!!!!!!!
Canada is snow covered, and about 12 to 15 percent of the CONUS is white, and its increasing by the hour!!! The Midwest is about to get hit!! What is more, Amarillo TX is under another Winter storm warning for 8 MORE inches of snow!!! This is UNBELIEVABLE!!! What kind of winter are we headed into anyway?!!!!!!

Something is fishy about the northern Plains, specifically MN, where little to no snow has fallen this season. The visible images from this morning show pure ground as opposed to white snow. It does look icy (and it sure is given temps in the teens to lower 20's), so that may introduce errors into the snowcover charts.

Oh yeah. It should through atleast December 15th if not later. Until probally Mid January yall will have some decent winter threats in some unusual areas I feel. Then The RNA Trough should reposition into a PNA Ridge with the movements of the SSTAs to the Western Coast on NA and the development of an Aleutian Low.

Actually most of the state and Wisconsin recieved the first snow over the weekend, I got about a inch or so to my north there were reports of 4-6 inches near Duluth
