Hey its about time I see another minnesota member. Are chances are slim to none it looks like we could see a inch at the most on sunday night which would melt on monday with highs in the upper 30s. Look towards some cold air from monday night through christmas with highs not getting out of the single digits. maybe a storm in the long term future but this map will change more than 100 times by that time lol.

Yesterday was down right "horribly" cold wasn't it! My husband and I live in downtown Minneapolis and walked across the mississippi to visit St Anthony Main. The mississipi was iced over and the steam was producing it's own snow which covered the river. Of course I didn't have a camera.
Well, we shall see what happens by Xmas day. I sure would like to see at least a coating of snow as everything is ugly and brown.

I'm a "lurker" in Northern MN....just wanted to say I understand your lack of snow! Here in the Duluth area, though, it's a white XMas, with about 7 inches on the ground (away from Lake Superior, they had less snow and more melting during our "warm snaps"). Got a new 2-3 inches last night, and could get a little more tonight.

You folks "down south" are definitely getting cheated this winter so far! Although none of us have gotten a good dumping of snow yet this winter. The folks on both the the north and south shores of Lake Superior have gotten a good amount of lake snow, though!
