-28 Celsius = -18.4 Faranheit a 10 PM EST.
The HIGH today was -24/-11.2. (While temperatures in the low -30s Celsius are rare January morning tortures, I've never seen a high this cold here...Especially not in December.)
And its coldest today, the temperature was the same as it is now, with a windchill factor of -42/-43.6.
We had some ice fog early in the morning (we NEVER get ice fog here) and are currently experiencing a weather phenomenon thats rare even in non-arctic Canada: Ice crystals, which occur when it's so cold that the moisture in the air literally freezes
It's c.c.c.c.c.cold in Southern Ontario!
