41,000 with No Power in Wichita
Looks to be very trecherous from Central Kansas through Norther-central Missouri, including the Kansas City area, in terms of ice accumulations (snow will come later). Further north, things are not any better ; the Grand Island, NE; Omaha, Des Moines and Quad Cities areas are in Winter Storm Warnings, with some amounts of near 20 inches in spots.
