Snow After Cold Front Passage???

I'm hearing the artic front could slow down as it gets to the eastern seaboard,and possible waves to form up the eastern seaboard....anybody else hear that possibilty?????-------------JSB

tt would have to slow down because if not, no waves or centers of low pressure could form. I'm hoping it slows down. We'll have to see what happens later this week.
