...SIGNIFICANT WINTER STORM POSSIBLE FOR NORTHERN OHIO AND EXTREME
NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY...

LOW PRESSURE CURRENTLY OVER WESTERN CANADA WILL TRACK INTO THE
NORTHERN PLAINS BY FRIDAY. THE LOW WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE OHIO
VALLEY BY SATURDAY MORNING WHILE DEEPENING. AS THE LOW MOVES
EAST...IT WILL PICK UP MOISTURE FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO AND THE
ATLANTIC OCEAN. THE COMBINATION OF COLD AIR ALREADY IN PLACE ACROSS
THE REGION AND THE DEEP MOISTURE WILL ALLOW SNOW TO DEVELOP LATE
FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING. DEPENDING ON THE EXACT TRACK OF
THE STORM...THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT SIGNIFICANT SNOW WILL FALL
LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING ACROSS THE REGION. AREAS
ALONG AND SOUTH OF A FINDLAY TO WOOSTER TO CANTON LINE HAVE THE BEST
CHANCE TO SEE HEAVY SNOW. HOWEVER...THE TRACK OF THE STORM IS STILL
UNCERTAIN...AND IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE ENTIRE AREA WILL SEE
SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS FROM THIS STORM BY SATURDAY NIGHT.

STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO AND OTHER LOCAL MEDIA FOR FURTHER
DETAILS OR UPDATES ON THIS POSSIBLE MAJOR WINTER STORM.

Cincinnati Mets (that sounds funny, not the NY Mets) won't say exactly what we'll get yet....could be anything from sleet to freezing rain to heavy snow. All depends upon the track they keep saying.

But at least they're getting the word out - it will be bad no matter what we get and we should prepare.

My kids (both high schoolers) are bummed it's coming on a weekend and not a weekday. They wanted a snowday!

When there are warnings/watches posted, I'll give links.
