Winter 2005 a "As the worm turns" winter...

That's right call it what you want, whether it be a spining top winter, a roller coaster winter, an as the worm turns winter... Etc... No matter what you call it, it's the same thing a winter with no set in pattern, which can really help and hinder at the same time. for instance if your caught between two troughs and you are in a ridge, and a storm system form in front of the 2nd trough, then you may get something interesting. but if you are caught in the deep of a ridge then 2 weeks no winter for you then after that it's back to the ice box for about a week. Then the whole cycle starts all over again like lather, wash repeat... Man if only this was spring time, then we would be dealing with a nasty actice severe Thunderstorm pattern with lots of damaging winds and tornadoes! With are luck this pattern may just last till then.
