wonderful pix of Boston!
Those are great pictures! The Globe would probably buy those squirrel pictures!
I haven't seen our squirrels! Any other animals either. Saw one crow since the storm. We have 6 squirrel nests visible from this window and they seem to all be intact, so perhaps the squirrels are hunckered down too. Haven't even seen any animal tracks through the yard and that is unusual. I think half the animals in the neighborhood live in our woods...

Don't leave your door cracked for a minute or you may have those animals hunkered down in your house for this round of snow. Twelve inches possible for you? Wow.
Son got car towed on Monday from his street in Somerville -- it wouldn't start before the blizzard. I actually fell down laughing as he told me about the lousy start to his day today ----- He took a cab and a jumpstart box to get it this a.m. before work. POOF - it had been moved to another impound lot on the other side of town. He couldn't find another cab and and said he walked the hour home carrying a shovel, the jumpbox and with snow stuck all over him cursing the City of Somerville all the way. He said he got many strange looks from passersby. Duh.
Yep, Persepone, we warned him! Hey may as well leave it at impound because Boston has another snow emergency today and no schools for the third day in a row.
We should get over 70 on another cloud-free FLA winter day. Come on down!
