Don 't know the exact numbers, but we never went below freezing and hit the 80's at least a few times and got about normal for rain here in Houston.

Way below normal here, espescially this past week. Got to -12F a couple of nights ago. Still below normal for March as well.

In the Seattle area of Washington State we ended up about 1 degree below normal. Several lows below freezing.

In Seattle we also had incredibly dry and sunny weather in February with MANY warm days and even some record highs.

The trees and flowers are blooming way ahead of schedule.

I apologize for Snow_Wizzard. He is obsessed with cold weather and his reporting is a little biased in that direction!!

TT...How is it biased to say the month averaged below normal. IT DID!!! Sea - Tac has a 30 year average and we averaged below it. Pure and simple.

That is my sarcastic wit again!!

You were reporting the facts... but being less than one degree (.7 to be exact) below normal was not the real story of February in Seattle.

The dry, sunny weather was the remarkable aspect.

Okay you two (snowwiz and TT) lets keep the bickering on our own thread

But still TT, they are asking for monthly average above or below normal, not what the conditions were like... Sea-Tac was below normal FACE IT TT... No matter how warm and sunny the days were, the overnight lows got the best of the month...
