We will be running a pre-recorded interview with Oklahoma University & long time storm chaser/researcher Greg Stumpf. Greg's expertise is developing applications that will allow the NWS to make better severe weather warning decisions. Included in that are Doppler Radar Algorithms, 3D Radar Displays, & Warning decision support systems. Also a veteran storm chaser in his 19th season. He has seen in the neighborhood of 110-120 tornadoes in his lifetime. He also did storm chasing for the National Severe Storms Laboratory and Project VORTEX. He is also on the National Severe Weather Damage Survey Team, and led the scientific survey of the May 3, 1999 OKC Tornado. This interview is NOT to be missed!!!!!
