Had myself a Very White Christmas

That repeat is almost a given with the patterns we are seeing. And with us seeing it this early in the winter, it makes it even more likely!!! It is all at one time very exciting and very scary!! Exciting due to the fact we we will probably see some significant snow/winter precip this winter. Scary because we could also see a bad ice storm and the fact there isn't anyone in Houston who knows how to drive in it(snow or ice)!!

What? You think we have a shot at snow again? I am SO HAPPY for those who got to play in the snow last week, but I still want my turn badly.

Yes, I do think there is a definite chance it will happen again. The pattern is pretty much set and like CC has said we will be seeing warmups, like this week, and then cold spells, like late last week and the weekend, and they will repeat themselves. This is very reminiscent of several years which we have had multiple winter precip events in.

Well, I hope you're right!! It just seems unlikely that we'll get the cold and precipitation at the same time again since it rarely happens. Of course I'm not looking at patterns or anything like you....just going by the way it usually is. We don't get many chances and I was afraid that we had missed ours.
