heavy snow is falling currently in my area, quickly accumulating on cars and sidewalks, about an inch per hour and could get worse, wsw upgraded snow totals from 4-8 to 6-9. Another inch or two may fall on Tuesday.

We had about 5 - 6 inches of snow. It didn't really start to stick to the roads until later in the afternoon. It was still snowing at around 10:30 pm when I went to bed.
