00Z Canadian run shows the storm slowing down as it reaches Texas and deepens rapidly over the southern Panhandle into Oklahoma - much deeper than the 12Z run. Doesn't dig as far south as the Euro but I'd call it a good trend none the less.

Yep, it's Christmas Eve 2009 all over again for Oklahoma on the GGEM.

We still have plenty of time for the models to change. I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere in TX got 6-8+".

I'm exhausted. Can anyone share what the Euro shows? I'm guessing nothing exciting...

Thanks, I thought it was usually rolling by now. I am so tired but I know I wont be able to sleep as I wonder what it shows. I just wish a model would throw me a bone and show the cold air at least moving going East as well as South! If I am 60 degrees next week I am going to be pissed, haha

Euro is the Canadian on steroids. Full Fledged blizzard Xmas eve 2009 style, nearly identical. Mayhem continues...

That's the beauty of a situation like this. No one really knows what's gonna happen. Just relax & let the thing develop. I'm gonna crashout myself now. Nothing will really change my staying up waiting on model runs.

You can see on PSU ewall refresh. Euro is actually cold, but the precip is even N and W than the GFS I'd say lol. I don't know what to make of it...it's one giant phased vortex in the plains? Idk...

I honestly have no clue what's going on between the models L. Theme tonight is cold, and a bunch of energy left behind here and there, just about everywhere.

It still looks like quite a bit more wraparound than the previous run.

Ok after all this confusion. Euro has 1052 high coming in Montana yikes...and then fading away to the west? Leftover energy in NM then becomes a giant monster as it's about to eject out 168hrs. Yet another wildly confusing scenario.

Well just got back from my workout and I was hoping for some good news, but eh I'm not sure I see much of it besides it being really cold. Hope the models change.
