don't forget that it will take a while for the atmosphere to get saturated, it was dead dry this weekend so what do you expect, the atmosphere has to pull in moisture first before you see precip making its way down to the surface

Yes, that'll defeinitely be another factor as well.

Exton your thoughts about this mainly being rain for the I-95 area based on the "fact" that its all rain over NC and VA right now is falling apart as we speak. And the growing shield of Blue on this radar shows that

Yeah i know that, I was telling Exton what the temps are down there because he said it's all rain in southern WV. Anyway, I would think that the leading edge may end up being virga, especially closer to the high pressure that is sitting on the Virginia coast. I wonder how much that high is going to affect the track of the low and if it will cut down on the totals at all?


Actually i was pointing that fact out towards Exton lol

My school is definitely closing tomorrow.....well, I'm just about 80 perecnt sure. For all i know, I might go at a normal time and then leave early.....actually, maybe the snow won't even accumulate.
