I saw that too! It got even heavier here after I posted. Driveway got covered again really quick and it’s still coming down pretty hard.

Looks like I hit the jackpot for rain so far. .84in so far and still coming down hard.

Had to switch to the laptop to see post locations. I think there is some snow mixing in here in N. Fort Worth, though still mostly sleet.

Heaviest sleet yet in southwest Dallas county.. I don’t know if its mixing with something or if its my eyes deceiving me :lol:

Quiet afternoon in East Texas roads have even melted. Next round of sleet showers moves in around dinner. That should be enough to settle temps back into the 20s. Main event here likely begins around 10pm. I still expect a general a couple inches of sleet tonight. Convective bands may lead to spots getting over 3 inches. Hoping for an inch of snow Sunday morning to cap it off.

New Euro weeklies keep us below average temperature wise through MARCH 10th, thats is absolutely insane!

Can see that plume of moisture building in Mexico.

Please let it be sleet when it arrives! Really don’t want all that to be freezing rain down here.
