More precip is banding to the southwest. I don't think you guys who were worried about no closures need to worry now. With such cold temps and sleet it's too slippery, worse than snow on pavement.

I'm in big trouble is this falls apart, I did not get her anything else and it's going to be really cold in the doghouse outside.

And she agreed with that? Even if she did, you're still in trouble! :Door: Have a dozen Rose's a card and chocolates hidden in my truck in the garage.

At least they will stay fresh. LOL

My time just got away this week and her birthday was just at the start of the month. Usually I'm good about this but my week got away from me between going into work, getting ready for the storm and our son's Kindergarten class going remote last minute.

Trust me, I know I messed up but she's really cool and I always have made plans in the past and have not missed one in the 10 years we've known each other. I'll survive and make it up once the weather turns nice.

I confess my husbandly sins to the board and you all keep me honest. I love this place.

I'm just razzing you. She will forget about it in 20 years or so. No worries....

Ps, sleep with one eye open for the next few weeks.

Edit: Hide any scissors and or superglue.

And it's all falling in that dreaded dry zone. Go figure.

Fox 4 WAPP shows snow over me right now. Looking outside I see nothing.

Current read on my weather station is 20F 63% Humidity.

Too dry?

Again I kind of find it funny the NWS has to use radarscope on twitter instead of in house NWS/NOAA products. But it shows the frustration with the new implemented radar interface, just awful and unusable.

Are you sure it's not sleeting? It should be easily discernable with the pinging but you likely have to go out there to hear it well.

Looking like I'm in a good spot this morning, about to see some heavier precipitation before long. I will update with the type ASAP.

The radar is starting to changeover (blue) in some areas so I'm guessing the warm layer must be cooling.
