NWS Dallas/Fort Worth has issued their first wind chill warning... ever? Not sure when wind chill warnings officially became a thing (I know there used to be cold wave warnings ever since the inception of the Weather Bureau in the 1800s), but it appears to be the first one that the Iowa Mesonet has cataloged since
they began tracking wind chill warnings in 2005.
