All-time record low in Sherman/Denison is -2 according to Steve LaNore at KXII. I believe that was in December 1988, maybe again in one of the cold snaps back in the 1940s? Anyway, forecast low tomorrow morning is -3 and I’d bet it’s a degree or two colder than that.

Millions of Texans are experiencing power outages (I'm not sure if the stats differentiate between rolling ones and actual outage due to failure) during one of the coldest days in Texas history and even colder tomorrow morning. The problems are only beginning.
