a issue, very heavy blowing snow could see high drifts, closed roads due to snow pack

It might not be the "big daddy" for Dallas in particular, but on a regional scale it could definitely rank up there with some of the other big ones this winter. Considering that DFW just had the "BIG DADDY" two weeks ago, I can't fathom a storm that could be bigger than that one. I would love to see it happen, but I'm doubtful, especially 6-7 days out. Still crossing my fingers that you're right!
